+ Server tuning: 32 GB ZGC heap (generational, sub-ms pauses), simulation-distance 10->6, view-distance 10->8, entity-broadcast 100%->80%, async chunk writes. Spawn pre-generated to 2000-block radius (63k chunks, 5:53).
