Stopped Aether whirlwinds from being rare

Made ships helm fully craftable in the Aether (craftable with skyroot sticks and planks)

Made Aether armor and tools smeltable into materials

Took away crafting for ring of the elves

Decreased drop rate of ring of the elves from valkyries (reduced from 3% to 1%)

Increased Valkyrie damage

Disabled electroblobs wizardry's mine spell

Added more boss elements to valkyrie queen to make the fight more epic

Decreased chance of swets inflicting mining fatigue from 25% to 15% and effect level from 3 to 1

Changed wording of some loading screen tips

Added tip about Pegasus coming from killed flying cows

Changed cincinnasite pickaxe and axe recipe to use blocks instead of forged blocks

Lowered the mining level of electroblobs crystal ore to diamond (crystals will be obtainable, but not usable for wands until player reaches the Aether

Added loading screen tip about shielding the giant tortoise to damage it

Blacklisted rails, enchanting table, anvils, skulls, and spawners from being waterlogged

Increased mining level of all dread blocks to aetherial to allow new use of it in structures (hardness 100)

Increased mining level of botania's quartz variants to aetherial to buff neptunium pick and allow interesting use cases in structures (hardness 100)
