A tech pack with too many mods and a couple magic mods. It has lots of automation, including Forestry, and industrial craft 2. It has subtle improvement mods, such as Hats, or the classic JEI. A big amount of the mods are from Tekkit or Yogcraft, such as Buildcraft. Another big part of this modpack is lots of decoration mods, such Decocraft and Chisel. There is plenty of magic mods, like Project E, Thaumcraft, Botania, Mystcraft and Vampirism.
For a guide, find one for each mod somewhere else.
I'm to lazy to make a mod list, just look at the mod files after you've downloaded it.
