A Sniffer tracking down a sunbird
Vanquish doesn't add much content-wise(thats a lie). It adds more biomes and more structures for the players to explore as well as some QoL that improve some of the Vanilla mechanics. It also have Mowzies, Alex's Caves, Alex's Mobs and Cataclysm, the goal here is not to take away from the vanilla feel.
This modpack does not have a questline, except a suggested order to obtain the eyes(in advancement menu, unlocked after obtaining a ender eye), making it perfect for someone who just wants vanilla with a bit of spice.
Noteable Features:
Majority of the playthrough will be much like vanilla but with Create Mod. The story changes after you get your first Ender Eye. You will go on a quest to explore various aspects of the pack to collect all the eyes to finally go to the End.
Maybe the librarian has something for the Hero of the Village?
The Librarian will give the Hero a book about circulating rumors talking about "Scent Items". These are items that can be given to sniffers to lead you to the bosses or Points of Interests.
