Everything that runs my survival server, in one pack — and players join with a
100% vanilla client. Every mod here is server-side: install the pack on a server
(or play it single-player) and unmodded friends connect like it's plain Minecraft,
but with a full progression overhaul layered on top.

The mods

- VanillaSkills — the heart of the pack. A per-player skill
tree (/skill) with 14 lanes — Vitality, Fleet Foot, Prospector, Fortune Finder,
Warrior, Guardian, Reach, Mountaineer, Aquatic, Armorsmith, Toolsmith, Brewmaster,
Evasion, Cultivator — where points come from earning advancements (no grinding).
Five new gear tiers (Hardwood, Rose Gold, Steel, Crystalline, Dragon) with set
bonuses, an Ender Dragon material chain (Dragon Scales → Dragon Ingot → smithing-table
Dragon gear), Elytra-into-chestplate combining, craftable Fortune IV/V, potions that
stack and last longer — and Mending is gone, so gear progression actually matters.
- The Hungering Portal —
the End Portal is sealed. Opening it is a server-wide ritual: 10 specific offerings
fed to the portal with enough witnesses present. /thp portalreq shows progress.
- Spawn Management —
exact world spawn plus a circular protection zone: no block breaking, container
opening, damage, explosions, redstone grief, or hostile spawns. /spawn to return,
/wild for a random safe teleport, and moderator-placed wild portals.
- VillagerBased PlayerShops —
/shop create spawns an invulnerable shop villager you stock yourself. Customers
buy through the normal villager trade screen; any item can be the price.
- Holographic | Server-Side Holograms —
floating text/item/block holograms with colors and click actions (/holo), used for
spawn signage and interactive boards.
- Server Status to Discord —
optional: posts online/offline embeds to a Discord webhook and keeps a channel topic
updated with the live player count. Does nothing until you add your webhook to
config/serverstatusdiscord.json.

Plus Fabric API, the only dependency.

Running a server

Grab the Server Pack file from this page (or copy the mods folder from a
launcher install) onto a Fabric 26.1.2 server — full steps are in the included
README-SERVER-SETUP.txt. Configs generate with sensible defaults on first start;
the README lists the handful of commands to customize spawn radius, ritual witness
count, and shop caps.

For your players

Nothing to install. Anyone on a vanilla 26.1.2 client can join. (Importing this pack
in the CurseForge app works too, for single-player or hosting a LAN world.)

Notes

- The custom gear currently uses re-skinned vanilla item looks; a full custom-texture
resource pack is in the works and will ship in a future update.
- All six mods are mine — bug reports are welcome on each mod's Issues page.
