Generated JER profile. I didn't realize this was necessary. JER should be a LOT more useful now.
Reduce the spread rate of Pam's HarvestCraft gardens. They were growing like weeds.
Reduce the spawn rate of Exotic Birds nests. Just like gardens, there were too many of these spawning.
