Vanilla++ is a curated modpack designed for my personal multiplayer server, aiming to stay true to the spirit of vanilla Minecraft while expanding and polishing the experience.
The core focus of this pack lies in qol improvements and enhanced visuals. Subtle UI upgrades, smoother gameplay mechanics, and improved world presentation.
In addition to these refinements, Vanilla++ introduces light RPG and exploration elements that encourage cooperation and long-term play. Players can explore the world, navigate with detailed maps, and - to incentivice exploration - make use of waystones for convenient travel. Open Parties and Claims allows for structured multiplayer gameplay, enabling friends to form groups, share progress, and protect their builds.
For those who enjoy building and progression on a larger scale, the modpack also includes MineColonies and village recruitment mechanics, adding settlement management, NPC interaction, and world development. These systems integrate naturally into survival gameplay and offer optional depth for players who want more than just building and mining.
