The idea behind the project
VandornoSMP is a project started in the late 2021, with the idea of a modpack to create a simple SMP for a small group of friends. At the beginning it was for forge 1.18, it was buggy and laggy and, after the server got griffed, the whole project got discontinued. Time went on and on and other versions were made but no one saw the light... until the brand new VandornoSMP 2.0.
The name was chosen because "Vandorno" is actually a green and wealthy district present in the hometown of the creators of this modpack and the idea for the worlds they wonted was exactly that one, a green a good to leave in place where everyone can enjoy their journey in such an awesome creation.
What makes VandornoSMP different
VandornoSMP was made with two things in mind, smoothness and enjoyability. This modpack is one of the most optimized you can find without scarifying the quality of a custom generated world with a ton of quality-of-life improvements and, if you don't believe me, try it and you will understand.

The initial concept was all about a simple multiplayer server among friends, but why we should limit this awesome opportunity only to a few lucky people that knew us while we were creating this modpack when we can make it available to everyone that is interested into a new adventure?
