⚙️ Changed Black Market background, description texts, and added 12-hour cooldown

⚙️ Changed first quest in Mystery Brewery to use Coal instead of Gunpowder

⚙️ Fixed keybind overlapping on [H]

⚙️ Fixed quests in Black Market & Mystery Brewery not consuming items

⚙️ Nerfed Artifact & Relic loot table chance (2.5% -> 1.5%)
