To install optifine in the mod pack, please do the following:

  1. Go to optifine.net
  2. Download the latest 1.17.1 jar release
  3. Place the jar file into the profile's mods folder

 

You will now also need Optifine for shaders so please follow the instructions above and then enable them in the settings.
