* do NOT update Create and FlyWheel
* do NOT activate/install Oculus and Rubidium ! scroll down to read more !
WITHOUT Optifine (but with Shader)
* remove Optifine from the Mods-Folder if it is present!
* activate/install Oculus and Rubidium
you can
* update Forge
* update Create and FlyWheel --> now you MUST update Forge!
