Balance

• Reskillable: modded gear now needs skill levels like vanilla gear:
  • modded iron gear needs level 5, diamond 15, netherite 30;
  • dragon scale armour needs 20;
  • dragonsteel tools and armour need 30, as do amethyst and earth tools.

Configs

• Updated settings for Dynamic Environment, MCA Wandering Trader Compat and the new MCA Outlaws, plus small config updates for several other mods.
