UltraSteamPunk

I made this pack because I was tired of modpacks that add 300 mods but run like shit. UltraSteamPunk has 70+ mods but it actually works — I tested it on my mid‑tier PC (i5‑12400F, RTX 3050, 16GB RAM) and it stays smooth. Just give it 8‑10GB RAM in the launcher.

So here's what you get:

Tech & Automation
– Create and its addons – trains, cannons, factories
– Sophisticated Backpacks – upgradeable backpacks so you don't run to chests every 5 minutes
– Waystones (add them yourself if you want, I use them)

Space
– Ad Astra + Giselle Addon + Ad Astra Extra. Rockets, planets, moon bases. Build a launch silo and fly.

Magic
– Ars Nouveau – build your own spells
– Blood Magic – old school rituals
– Iron's Spells n Spellbooks – find spell books in dungeons

Bosses & Adventure
– Ice and Fire – dragons, sea serpents, myrmex. Your Create cannons will finally have a target
– L_Ender's Cataclysm – huge boss arenas, very hard, very fun
– Twilight Forest – classic dimension with bosses
– When Dungeons Arise – giant dungeons everywhere
– Alex's Caves – new caves with unique mobs
– Alex's Mobs – makes the world alive

World & Exploration
– YUNG's Better Nether Fortresses and Better End Island (better structures)
– Amplified Nether – tall nether mountains, actually looks cool
– Nether's Delight – food for nether
– Farmer's Delight – food in general

Performance (maxed out)
– Embeddium (basically Sodium for Forge)
– FerriteCore – less RAM usage
– ModernFix – fixes performance issues
– Radium Reforged – more optimizations
– Canary – server/client perf
– Krypton Reforged – network optimizations
– Spark – profiler, useful if you need to find lag
– ServerCore – optimizes game logic
– Structure Essentials – avoids lag from huge dungeons
– Also: Dynamic FPS, Entity Culling, Fastload, ImmediatelyFast, Placebo, Alternate Current, Bobby Reforged, and a few more.

QoL
– JEI – recipes, obviously
– Xaero's Minimap + World Map
– Sophisticated Core (needed for the backpacks)
– Crash Assistant – helps find broken mods
– Neruina – fixes ticking entities so the game doesn't crash

Important notes:
– This pack uses Forge 1.20.1
– All mods are from CurseForge except the performance ones which are also from CF.
– The pack is NOT overkill. I kept it medium sized so it actually runs.
– If you want to add more mods, go ahead. It's your game.
