Some people in the Reddit, Badlion and Twitter UHC Community likes using different additions to their client, like being able to show their durability on their armor and weapons without having to open their inventory. There is also those people who likes having to just press their forward button once to sprint without the "sprint key", same with shifting. Sortable inventories? Sorts items in order! When you want to brew potions you dont need to get a wiki, just use JEI and look up the potion you want to brew. And saturation level is something minor, you can use this to see if a satfix plugin is working or not, or just prepare yourself to eat food as quick as possible.
