Removed Mods:
Draconic Evolution - The shields don't work on Techguns weapons anyhow.
Literal Ascension - Was crashing on startup in server environment, not sure why.
Lag Goggles / Tick Central - Same as Literal Ascension

Added Mods:
Superior Shields - A route to rechargable shielding that's not DE and works with the weapons in the pack.

Adjustments:
New Default Worldgenerator worldtype: World with all-cities.
Changes to what blocks spawn in lost cities buildings, overall value to the player should be higher.
Adjustments to how much and how many loot blocks/chests spawn in buildings: Getting geared up by exploring dangerous buildings should be more effective and lucrative.
