Minor Bug Patch

Dedicated Server Integration Identified Issues with Two Mods.

* Mine Safety  (calling client code from dedicated server)

* The Undefeatables  (calling client code from dedicated server)

I'll report the issues to the mod authors so hopefully they will be fixed.  They are temporarily disabled.   You can disable them your end instead of downloading this version.

There is one configuration change

* Nether Portals - Limited spread to 9 blocks from the gate to avoid making it too easy to get nether quartz right away.

The Dedicated Server Pack should be out shortly!

You can simulate it by removing these mods client side
