This falls back from 32.0.97 to 32.0.88 due to performance issues with Forge.

This was tested on the profile server and has a very low CPU load and /forge tps results.

It also upgrades harderspawners to version 1.98,0.6.

 

There are some configuration file changes to the size of caves (slightly smaller)

and to how frequent structures will appear in the world (slightly more often).

 

Going to an earlier forge also restored Mutant Beasts and Fast Workbench.
