Patch Notes:
-Fixed several config issues. Previous export files had syntax errors, causing issues for some custom items within the pixelmon server
-Removed some mods that were disabled, and not needed in the export
-Further File Cleanup
-Added Quark and its addon mod, to further expand Cave Exploration. Also we like shiny things
-Added Controlling mod, for keybinding conflict searching
