Combat that matters

Epic Fight rebuilds the melee system from the ground up — stances, dodges, weapon-specific movesets, and stamina-driven pacing. Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks adds a full magic system on top, with casting animations that stay in-step with Epic Fight. Together they turn every skeleton into a fight you have to think about.

A world worth exploring

YUNG's Better Dungeons suite overhauls vanilla structures. Moog's Voyager and Soaring Structures fill the surface and sky. Twilight Forest opens an entirely separate dimension with its own progression. Bosses'Rise, Born in Chaos, and L_Ender's Cataclysm provide the fights you'll tell your friends about.

Progression that rewards investment

Silent Gear replaces vanilla tools with a parts-and-materials system. Alloy metals, grade materials from E to SSS, and build weapons that rival anything you'll find in a dungeon chest. Waystones for fast travel. Sophisticated Backpacks and Storage for the hoarding you're going to do.

Atmosphere

Ambient Sounds, MAtmos, and Sound Physics Remastered fill the silence. Ashen 16x retextures the world in a muted medieval palette. Eating Animation, AppleSkin, and the Ashen compatibility addons keep the UI consistent.

Who It's For

Twilight Bonfire is designed for small groups (2–8 players) who want a cohesive dark fantasy experience without the 300-mod kitchen sink. The pack is intentionally lean — around 100 mods — so it runs well on modest hardware and stays maintainable for the pack author. It's also built to be server-friendly. Pre-generated world, reasonable view/simulation distances, and mod choices that play well with dedicated server setups.

Server Notes

This pack was built for a small private server. If you're running it locally or on your own server, the world generation settings are tuned for 2–4 core CPUs with 8–12 GB RAM. For 6+ players on modest hardware, pre-generate the world with Chunky ### (included).
