Truly Better Origins

TBO: What does it add?

   TBO aims to expand the usual Origin experience by adding more Origins to choose from, Classes and Backgrounds. Once you’ve made your choices you’ll be able to create a custom character with different genetic traits and even choose where you spawn! (Limited to Overworld Origins)

After going through all those options you will be greeted with a new world, the whole world is now made of continents surrounded by islands with a vast ocean between each one. Players should do well to explore each continent to its full extent as there are many new structures, structural overhauls and ruins to explore. 

And for those Origins who choose the ocean or Nether don’t worry as they both received overhauls as well! Oceans have new shipwreck styles/spawning methods, better ruins/monuments and many sunken statues with tons of loot to find. The Nether has gotten a mostly vanilla overhaul but has a few new structures such as the missile silo and a fortress overhaul!

TBO: What else can I expect?

   Aside from the changes made throughout dimensions players who either spawn in or are fortunate enough to find a village may notice a change to the usual villager. These new villagers not only have names and personality but you can also have a conversation with them! And to those willing to take the time to build relationships with the people of the village you can establish yourself as mayor and help establish them into a proper town!

And to those who’re wanting to kick back and relax a bit, maybe take a look into brewing or wine making as there are many new types of drinks/potions to make! There are even various types of cheese you could make, maybe even a charcuterie board! There is also plenty of new decor you can use to help decorate your home, there's even chisel and bits to help make those finer details! And if you really got nothing else to do, you can activate Essential from the mod list below to invite your friends. That way you won't get bored or run out of things to do!
