JEI Edits
-Put vanilla potion recipes back to visable, they were always craftable.

Config Edits
-Set note block to not have GUI
-Sleep set to 10% of players

Recipe Edits
-Royal Jelly recipe added to require grubs and Honey (This allows for replication of Pam's bees)
-Added simple recipe for Name Tags
-Tin ingots and blocks can now be obtained by using aluminum as a conversion.
-Charm crates now have an "upgrade" path. combine an charm crate with two shulker shells and get an IE storage crate. This is now the only way to get IE storage crates.
**NOTE EMPTY YOUR CHARM CRATE BEFORE YOU UPGRADE, YOU WILL LOSE ALL THE ITEMS INSIDE**
-Shulker shells can now be duplicated for the cost of Wither Skulls or Nether Stars, the ratio is 1/2 skulls, and 1/8 stars.
-Changed Terrestrial Agglomeration Plate to require Nether Star (This falls into the same vein that Blast Bricks require Wither Skulls, end game modded content is gated behind end game vanilla content)
