Config changes and Balancing

Nerfed some entity buffs from some time ago as difficulty scaling seems to make them exponentially deadlier. so people wanting a bad time, just use up those dark hearts.

Buffed stats on poketameables from kindred legacy for those who want to use pets.

Added 3 new quests to get my creative juices flowing again.

Changed how record quests give their reward. They will now post a link to you in chat. Copy the link to clipboard after clicking it and use it to etch the provided disk to get the song!
