Gameplay, Balance and Config changes

After much deliberation, took out slashblades cause it's slightly buggy with combat overhaul and it ends up having latency on servers with some lag.

Extincted Nether chickens by setting their spawn multiplier to zero, due to lag from their over spawning reported in the nether. Nether chickens are now crafted by "mutating" existing overworld chickens to nether varieties using the provided recipes that use intermedium essences and nether essences.

Part 1 of adding recipes to all enchantment tokens from silent gems for external mods. Most if not all enchantments from cyclic and dungeon tactics should be good, along with some others I knew off the top of my head and decided to do.

Absorption Changes: Absorption regeneration generates 1 exhaustion per half heart, shields regenerate after 200 ticks (up from 140), Maximum natural absorption raised to 60, book consumption cost down to 5 (from 20).

Made custom recipes for absorption books.

Added 6 New Quests!

After playing around with clay soldiers fighting normal mobs and such, the crash from cyberware hasn't seemed to have happened anymore, so presuming it fixed I re-enabled kindred legacy mobs fighting normal mobs feature.
