Changes, Additions, and Fixes

• Disabled crafting of all items directly related to the currency system.
• Disabled entity loot (whether coins can be dropped by entities).
• Disabled chest loot (whether coins can be found in chests).
• Disabled whether new village structures will have a chance to spawn.
• Changed currency display case to '$' and removed emerald coins from currency.
• Changed notification limit.
• Changed 'auctionFeeRate' and 'auctionSubmitFee'.
• Changed Bank Account Settings to have an interest hate of 1.00% per day, but limited to $10,000.00. (also blacklisted chocolate coins from been affected)
• Changed whether players can access the Trading Terminal without the physical item/block.
• Changed permission level to place command trader block.
• Changed Tax Collectors to only be activated by an Admin in LC Admin Mode; set 'maxRadius', 'maxHeight', 'maxVertOffset' to max possible value.
• Changed Claim Purchasing Settings for FTB Chunks, so that now players can buy the rights to claim a maximum of 4 chunks (price set at $1,000,000.00 per claim).
• Changed maximum quantity of fluids allowed to be sold or purchased in a single trade.
• Changed whether Fluid and Energy Traders can be crafted.
