Totemech

Tech and magic based mod pack more focused on your own creativity!

Logo

Pronounced: Tow-Teh-Mek (Or Tote-Mek if you're a barbarian ;))

Description:

This is a tech and magic based mod pack for those that wish to play more leisurely. This is by no means a pack for hardcore players looking for a challenge. I basically looked to create a pack that I would enjoy. Build up a factory and make it look nice with the many decorative mods. Add finer details to your builds. Get into the art of Thaumaturgy, and other related magics. Play the way you want to play, even if you want to play survival kind of like it's creative.

Requirements:

Twitch App for easy download (Not required, though)
I would use 4-6 GB of RAM, but you may be able to get by with less.
A decent CPU

Disclaimer:

I would have liked to make it more official, but don't have the time, and also CraftTweaker crashed the pack (which is why there is a quest to act as the recipe for the Deep Dark portal, as it has no recipe). Some mods have become quirky around others, such as the WMATM Vehicles mod: blocks have no textures (they aren't essential to that mod so I left it). I should also mention that while the quests are there for slight guidance through the pack, you don't have to do them; this isn't a quest oriented pack, as I am not very good at making quests. This is my first pack, so constructive criticism is welcome! Thank you for reading.

Behind The Name:

Totemech was going to be called Temech, a technology oriented pack. This was changed because of the slight pun in Totemech, and the great magic mods. The name Totemech has three parts to the meaning. To-te-mech.
To: prefix, as stated previously, it makes a pun related to magic.
Te: refers to the technology in the pack, as if the "me" in mech isn't there.
Mech: refers to the mechanical tech in the pack. Basically an extension of "Te."
