Total Balance Outcasted 2 is a kitchen sink modpack with quests designed with completionists in mind. There is a balance of mods based on the general aspects of minecraft such as farming, building, decorating, exploring, magic, tech, food, mobs, and end game content to name a few. The quests are completely unnecessary to do to enjoy the modpack but for you completionists out there, the quests can help you feel more fulfilled with your experience on the modpack.
