First upload of the server pack.

Server runs quite stable on 6GB with 2 people playing.

The modpack disables the spawning of (most) mobs. However, this causes severe console spam if you don't turn mobspawning off anyway.

Set the gamerules for mobspawning to false (this will not affect the spawning of cobblemon!)
