Changelog:

- Added ProjectE and a few of it's addons back in, but configured it in such a way that you can no longer craft the tome of knowledge. You want access to something, you gotta find it in the world now.

- Finally went about streamlining some of the ores so we don't have the same ore from multiple mods.
