TokuNexoCraft

This is a restructured, redesigned, and all around rebuilt version of TokuNexoCraft! This version of the pack was completely rebuilt in an attempt to make sure that the ores from both Kamen Rider Craft and Super Sentai Craft would play nice and generate together. Now, I do know that there are times where it MAY not want to generate both ores for both, but I have worked to help give it the best chance while I continue to playtest and improve the pack more. 

Things I still need to fix:

- Need to consolidate ore gen across the mods (i.e. Copper from Mekanism and Immersive Engineering)

- Continued refinement of the pack and removing any bugs I can control and remove myself.
