Removed mods

• Wild West Guns 3D. This was done for legal reasons, and we will replace it in the future.

Config changes

• Trains require fuel to run
• Interplanar projector disabled (was already the case but its done differently now)
• Chat Heads show the helmet layer in 3D

Recipe changes

• Added replacement gunpowder recipe. The removed gun mod added an additional one, and that functionality has been preserved.
