Tobyh's Eras

-There is now a custom (very early dev) guidebook for the modpack!!
-Players now spawn with only the Eras guidebook.
-Mods are now locked behind game stages, which is based on their relevant era.
-All mods have been updated to their current version
-There are now quests for the mod. These are not currently even remotely close to completion as they have no rewards, etc. (I also intend to count them and provide how many are completed/uncompleted)
-Tin and Zinc ore from futurepack will no longer generate. The Thermal series also generates zinc and tin ore, and dropped a different material than the futurepack. This will not cause any problems with recipes.
-Silver ore from Ice and Fire will no longer generate. Similar problem as before.
-Sapphire ore from Ice and Fire will no longer generate, and the crafting recipe for the 'Ice Dragon Summoning Crystal' will instead use the sapphire from Treasure2.
-The recipe for Sapphire Blocks will now use the sapphire from Treasure2 instead of the sapphire from Ice and Fire
