Its a modpack utilizing immersive engenering and draconic revolution. Its ment to be a SMP modpack so that multiple people can work together and help eachother.
Some crafting recepies are changes so that there is only 1 item in the game and ore generation is slightly changed so that there are only 1 type of items.
