Added ServerCore to help with server prefromance and preformance releated bug fixes (MC-162253)
Added Clumps to replace APTweaks Items
Removed APTweaks Player
Removed Dynamic View as that is now handled by ServerCore
Modifyed Mob Spawn rate and incressed passive mob cap via Adaptive Performance Tweaks Spawn (If hostile mobs overtake passive it will be replaced by ServerCore)
KubeJS was added to Client and Server, No plans to use it at the pressent.
