How To Play Multiplayer
1. Hosting A World
Host a world by going to your pause menu and clicking "Open to LAN" then a pop-up in chat should show up
if this does not show up then type in chat /e4mc restart
2. what to do with the link
Send it to the friend you want to join
3. Joining A Friend
before joining, make sure you get that link from your friend go to multiplayer and click direct connection and paste that link there (pasting it into a browser will just bring you to the e4mc website) if it says connection lost, retry until it works, if the issue persists, restart your computer, if it still persists, restart your computers connection, if issue is still persisting restart your router
Notice
- there is a lot of data that the modpack has to load so loading into the modpack/joining worlds will take a minute or two.
- make sure you allocate at least 5000 mb of RAM or else it will not/take longer to load
- make sure before running shaders your computer can handle said shaders
- if there is lag in a world, lower your render/simulation/shadow distance
