QOL | performance improvements | Vanilla+ friendly mods

Within the top 10 modpacks here are several packs with modpack and mod in the title, yet I'm blocked from doing that. Rules for thee not for me if you have enough downloads apparently.
I have tried to follow your directions. Added detail. Added purpose. What can they expect from my modpack? I don't know, how about read the list I wrote? How is a modpack title going to tell people exactly what to expect when you won't even let me write what it is (a modpack.) It's just a title, not the whole book man.
I've tried to mimic several of your most downloaded and popular mod packs as far as layout and information, but no avail.

Everywhere else, they look at the files, make sure it's safe and also doesn't say some crazy racist stuff in the title/desc and approve it. Simple as. Consider adjusting your workflow because this is completely absurd. & get this, maybe tell people exactly what you want them to write in the start project page instead of letting people waste their time writing stuff you won't even look at and denying them. Your denied notifications are lacking + don't match up with your actual enforcement (for other modpacks). Most people are not going to go to your support page beforehand, they're just gonna try to upload, and then get stonewalled and probably walk away as I'm doing.

"This should be a unique and distinct name, so make sure to check if a project with the same or highly similar name already exists.
Avoid version numbers, including the category name (mod/modpack/addon...) or excessively long names in general.

Rainbow ingots"
Yeah, that's not true.

"A summary is a one line explanation that offers the gist of what your creation offers.
Share what your project does, not who created it, what version or server it is intended for."

The files are already on your server taking up data storage, I literally put this mod pack together just for my kids and I to play off of my media server. Having an actual URL on curseforge makes setting up the minecraft docker about 10x simpler. You may as well delete this at this point because I'm not wasting more of my time and apparently yours via an approval process more complex than getting a drivers license or owning a gun, and I already made a docker container from scratch.
I spent several hours on your site, something that should have taken ten minutes tops. Then hours off your site pending review. Then hours just saying screw it and doing what I apparently should have done from the start.
I've been uploading mods for twenty years, and have never had this issue. This isn't even a mod, it's a modpack made of mods you already host and I can't get it posted. Can't imagine the nightmare of trying to upload an actual mod here.
