Tinker's Tavern: Cobblemon - Season 2!

With the update to Cobblemon v1.6 and shift to Minecraft v1.21.1, we've decided to revamp our modpack and switch over from Fabric to the NeoForge ecosystem. Given the extent of the changes, there's simply too many to reasonably list out everything, so here's a quick rundown of the highlights:
