* Magma Cubes can now drop Quartz (0.3333 per magma cube)

* Added Scute as a Treasure fishing loot

* Shiny modifier now requires an enchanted book (any)

* Turtle shell modifier now requires one scute per level

* Earth slimes now have the same drop as vanilla slimes
