Mostly a mod update update again. but a couple changes here and there in what I squeezed in while fiddling around.

-=Mod Changes=-
Updated Dungeon tactics (rip configs)
Updated Ender core
Updated Immersive Engineering
Updated Mowzies Mobs (rip configs x2 combo)
Updated music player (yay! hopefully all music works now!)
Updated Modular turrets
Updated Dalek mod (finally getting rid of that damn plastic spam)
updated traveller's Backpack

-=Additions=-
Added Better Burning (all mobs spreading fire. fire resistance extinguishing. instant fire damage cooking drop, a few other features)
Added Better invisibility (Better stealth lite basically good for getting away and not being bothered.)
added Shield parry (ping off those ghastly fireballs and skelly arrows with some good timing!)
Added Better Diving (although the sheer darkness underwater may still prove an issue.)

-=Other Changes=-
Updated dungeon tactics config due to it's new contents etc.

Powered up mowzies mobs drops and skills so they're more special and powerful to find and collect.

Made fans crafted in tiers similar how I managed the several versions of rope available:
Openblocks fan: soft blow, angleable, needs strong signal to blow strong, non configurable. free standing.

Upgrades to dungeon tactics fan: "Strong" current, only pushes to around 5 blocks, but hard to wiggle from, requires signal of any strength to engage, full block. DT Fan can also be changed into a burner that ignites mobs in it's radiuses and can fuel furnaces attached directly to it. very singular, doesn't cope well with boosting speeds however.

upgrades Grimpack fan: Full block also, configurable easily with gui. can push and pull and be angled all primary directions. On by default unless powered to turn off. Gotta make sure to hit confirm to set the settings or it won't change.

Side grades to Cyclic fan: Non full block model, redstone signal control is changeable, and settings immediately stick when changed and has full control over strength and distance up to 32 blocks, unlike grimpack fan's constant strength. Can also be particleless or show blow area and has a sound that can be toggled. Similar power strength to grimpack fans, also angle able in all directions.

Added two small written "quests" that mention some pros and cons that come to mind with various bigger mods in the pack for those who are newer or the less tech savvy so they can decide what they'd rather uses and get an idea for capabilities.
