Updated -- Several mods to current release versions

Added -- Immersive Engineering and FuturePack popular major content mods from 1.12 that have finally updated to 1.14, along with the Powah! Mod for additional FE fun.
Also added a new custom loadscreen (turn music on for full experience) - enjoy!

Removed Switchbow which was causing conflicts and lag on servers. Also removed a few clientside mods, including apple skin, and jei resources. Both can be added back by players that cared for them

Adjusted the nerf SilentGear makes to vanilla tools. They are sill far weaker than other tools but shouldn't break 'instantly'

Updated all mods to current release versions

Added Enderchests, Endertanks, and the Packed Up (Backpacks) mod.
