Updated -- All mods to current release versions
Removed -- Switchbow which was causing conflicts and lag on servers. Also removed a few client side mods, including apple skin, and jei resources. Both can be added back by players that cared for them

Adjusted -- the nerf SilentGear makes to vanilla tools. They are sill far weaker than other tools but shouldn't break 'instantly'

Added -- Enderchests, Endertanks, and the Packed Up (Backpacks) mod.
