-Fixed poblem with Sero Converter crash
*Sero Converter doesn't like that AM2 potion IDs come straight after vanilla potion IDs. Added a 1 in front of all AM2 potion IDs
*For the sake of being sure, moved Thaumic Tinkerer Potion IDs to solve conflicted potion IDs. Left Witchery and AWayOfTime potion IDs conflicted though. Have not yet seen an issue aside from the warnings.
-Removed Baublestuff due to serious crash issue with trying to unequip a belt.
-Removed Warptheory for good.
-Added AntiIdConflict for checking potion IDs
*Set crash if conflicts found to false
-Added ExtendedPotions for increasing potion ID cache.
-Disabled ExtendedPotions as it seems to have not been required.
