TIB Tavern: Forever
TIB Tavern: Forever is a cohesive Vanilla+ modpack designed around the idea of a long-term Minecraft world — a world worth returning to instead of starting over every few weeks.
The pack expands Minecraft in almost every direction while trying to preserve a clear sense of progression and cohesion. Rather than throwing together as much content as possible, mods have been selected and configured to complement each other and give players more reasons to explore, build, collect and settle down.
🗺️ Explore a richer world
Discover new biomes, structures, dungeons and archaeological sites throughout the world. The Nether and End have also been expanded, with new places to discover and increasingly difficult challenges waiting later in progression.
🏡 Build, farm & settle down
Create detailed homes, villages and entire settlements with a large selection of new building blocks, furniture and decorations. Expanded farming, cooking and brewing systems give peaceful players plenty to work towards, whether that's running a farm, opening a restaurant or simply making their home feel lived-in.
🎣 Fishing & collecting
Fishing has been extensively expanded and is joined by plenty of things to collect throughout the world, including fish, cards, plushies, archaeological finds, paintings, equipment, food and rare rewards.
⚔️ Adventure & progression
Explore dangerous structures, discover new weapons and equipment, fight new creatures and take on increasingly powerful bosses. Progression extends beyond vanilla Minecraft, giving established players challenging late-game content and meaningful equipment to pursue.
🚂 Build a connected world
Create adds automation and engineering possibilities without making technology the focus of the pack. As the world develops, its trains and infrastructure can be used to connect settlements, shops and distant parts of the world.
🍺 Made for a forever world
The pack was originally created for TIB Tavern, a group of friends looking to escape the usual cycle of starting a Minecraft server, playing for a few weeks and eventually abandoning it.
The goal is simple: one world that can keep growing.
Build a starter home. Explore somewhere nobody has been before. Open a shop. Collect everything. Construct a railway. Defeat the next boss. Build a new town.
And when the Minecraft phase eventually returns, continue where you left off.
