Thrive and Survive – by Deqrypted is a content-rich Minecraft 1.20.1 modpack built to make exploration, progression, and combat feel fresh without losing the soul of vanilla. The world is packed with hundreds of new structures scattered across every biome—ruins to uncover, dungeons to conquer, and hidden loot waiting for players who are brave enough to wander off the beaten path. Exploration finally feels meaningful, with new reasons to travel and rewards that scale with your curiosity.
Core resources have been reimagined to be more valuable than ever. Ores, materials, and items you once ignored now play important roles throughout the pack, giving players more crafting depth, better progression paths, and smarter uses for everything they gather. With expanded tech trees, enhanced gear progression, and balanced recipes, every resource has a purpose.
Combat and survival have also been refreshed. Expect new weapons and armor sets to forge, along with updated mobs that keep encounters exciting and unpredictable. Visually, Thrive and Survive is designed to shine. The pack includes full shader and colorwheel support for players who want a vibrant, immersive world. The author’s recommended visual experience is the newly announced Eclipse Shader, available exclusively on its GitHub, bringing dramatic lighting, atmospheric skies, and enhanced color depth to your adventure.
