This mod pack is a very hard one, turned around the Bloodmoon mod, Scape & Parasites and some Zombies mods.
The whole concept of this pack, is to make you feel weak against all the monsters that want you dead.
You'll need to find a shelter on the first day, if you want to have a CHANCE to survive.

If you seek a hardcore experience with a very few mods, there you have it.
You'll find a ressource pack and two shaders, a medium and an extreme one, but worry not, the horror effect of the mod will still work if you deactivate them.
