1. Ownership and Rights

This Minecraft Modpack (hereinafter referred to as the "Modpack") and all associated artworks, including but not limited to logos, images, and promotional materials (hereinafter referred to as the "Artworks"), are the exclusive property of Nino, otherwise known as JuniorWMG or junior_Feuerwolf, and/or other associated authors (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner"). All rights reserved. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Modpack or Artworks is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the Owner.

2. Mod Attribution

The Modpack contains various third-party Minecraft modifications (hereinafter referred to as the "Mods"). The Mods are not the property of the Owner and are used in accordance with their respective licenses. All intellectual property rights and ownership of the Mods belong to their respective creators and owners. The inclusion of Mods in the Modpack does not imply any ownership or endorsement by the Owner.

3. Usage Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Modpack, you agree to the following terms:

• You may not redistribute the Modpack or any of its components, including the Artworks, without explicit permission from the Owner.
• You may not use the Artworks in any other projects or contexts without explicit permission from the Owner, except for inclusion in YouTube videos.
• You must comply with the licenses and terms of use for each individual Mod included in the Modpack.

4. Video Use

You are permitted to use the Artworks from the Modpack on video platforms (e.g. YouTube, Twitch) without obtaining express permission from the Owner, provided that appropriate credit is given to the Owner in the video description or within the video itself.

5. Disclaimer

The Modpack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Owner is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur as a result of using the Modpack. Use at your own risk.
