Please add MiningDimensions_Fabric-1.17.1-1.1.15 and fabric-api-0.39.2+1.17 into the mods folder.
Please, to disable items flying everywhere, go to mod menu, find interactic, config, and turn on the "only client" option. After restarting the game it should be solved.

This project features: Sodium (with sodium extra - more settings) + iris -> for better preformance and shader support -> can be replaced by OptiFabric + OptiFine if needed
Utility mods for a comfortable gameplay: InventoryHUD+, roughly enough items (for better orientation in all the items mods provide), clean cut (gets rid of annoying grass hitbox getting into your way when fighting), Kleeslabs (ability to break one of double slabs), Xaero's World Map/Xaero's MiniMap (map of the world), armor chroma (shows composition of your armor pieces-for vanilla armors), wthit (shows description of blocks/mobs you are looking at), advanced compass (better awareness of your surroundings), appleskin (for more utility mainly in relation to food - shown hunger and saturation for food items) and mods for better tooltips, OkZoomer (zoom), interactic, enhanced attack indicator
Better world generation - terralith not included, but can be added if wanted
Better end and nether
Medieval and Mob origins mod - chose your class in the begining of your game
New dimensions - Mining dimensions
New dungeons and difficult bosses - bosses of mass destruction (really awesome)
Bounties in villages
New skill leveling
Lot of diffrent equipment - tools and armor alike - also wings - the best feeling is to fly and explore - you can do flips in the air (amazingg)
Better enchanting experience with Lapisreserve and Enchanting Infuser
Waystones
Immersive sounds with Presence footsteps
MAGIC MODS - arcanus, easy magic and other
