STORY: Welcome to a world after world war 3. Many have died. A lot more will die. But you have survived. Now you live in a country called "Clans republic".
Small fractions fighting for land and money if possible. Others for food and old parts. These can be later sold for bit of food. 
One fraction plays on other. Sanction after sanction. Govermants brakeing. People loosing theyre lifes.
