The World Is Beautiful (TWIB) is a vanilla-focused Minecraft modpack designed for players who want to explore truly vast, epic, and breathtaking worlds. Every few hundred blocks, you’ll find yourself stopping just to admire the scenery.
Built around a custom combination of Tectonic and Terralith, TWIB features mountains twice the size of default Tectonic, larger rivers, and smoother terrain with fewer unnecessary bumps, enhanced further by Countered’s Terrain Slabs. With expanded Y-levels from 640 down to -128, the world feels bigger, deeper, and more alive than ever.
To fully appreciate these landscapes, TWIB includes Voxy for extreme render distances, paired with Chunky to pre-generate distant terrain so it’s always visible. A carefully selected set of performance mods such as C2ME, Sodium, FerriteCore, and others ensures smooth gameplay even with massive worlds.
On top of that, TWIB includes essential quality-of-life mods like Leaves Be Gone, Better Mending, Trade Cycling, and many more to make everyday gameplay easier without straying from the vanilla feel.
TWIB is also the perfect blueprint modpack — a clean, stable foundation that you can easily expand with your own favorite mods.

Chunky Quick-Guide
To generate chunks for Voxy to render, you must first generate them, and this should be done immediately after starting the world. Otherwise, expect holes in the ground. This is how you use Chunky to do so:
1. Open chat
2. type: /chunky center
to use your character as the generation point
or
/chunky center x z
to specify the starting location.
then type:
3. /chunky radius x
if you set x = 10000, it will generate 10000 BLOCKS in every direction.
then type:
4. /chunky start
Chunky should now start. If it asks you to confirm, type:
/chunky confirm
Chunky will take a long time to generate the chunks depending on your PC specs, so I suggest you bury your character in a hole somewhere and wait it out. You can check the progress manually by typing:
/chunky progress
