The Woodlands

The Woodlands is a Forge 1.20.1 horror modpack where players explore multiple unstable wooden dimensions, including Woodlands, The Grain, The Still, The Familiar, Rotting, and Loss.

Players must survive hostile environments while being hunted by adaptive entities known as the Woodbound. These entities react to movement and sound and become more dangerous over time.

Progression is based on collecting Fragments, Draughts, Geodes, and Effigies, which unlock deeper layers of the world and new paths between dimensions.

The modpack focuses on exploration, survival, and progression through a nonlinear, atmospheric horror experience.

Supports shaders (Oculus) and optional multiplayer via Essential Mod.
