Removed Atlas and its addons

Testing has shown that people have a harder time navigating out the gate and with exploration being at the forefront of the pack being able to find deaths easy is a must. 

Changed config for Ice and fire to disable the custom menu 

The custom menu that the mod adds (while nice looking and super cool) Hides all of the social elements added by essential so while I am not removing the mod, I have to disable the custom menu.
